The Functional Orientation,Mechanism and Promotion of Industrial Control in State-owned Enterprises under Chinese-style Modernization
Abstraet:The new round of global technological revolution and the iterative upgrading of economic and political games pose a serious challenge for promoting Chinese-style modernization,requiring state-owned enterprises to play specific industrial control functions to support the realization of the strategic goal of Chinese-style modernization.The mechanism of the industrial control function of state-owned enterprises mainly includes:concentration of state-owned enterprises in strategic areas to en-hance their traction and support for the national industrial strategy;Strengthen the construction of the"chain length"capability of the industrial chain and enhance its leading and driving role in the non-public sector economy;Integrating into the global in-dustrial and supply chain control,enhancing the independent countermeasures against international capital pressure,and so on.Under the goal and task of promoting Chinese-style modernization,state-owned enterprises also need to consolidate and strengthen the industrial control function by deepening the reform of the system and mechanism,focus on shaping the new indus-trial control force facing the new quality productivity,and focus on combining multiple subjects to stimulate the positive spillover effect of industrial control,so as to better play its strategic support role for Chinese-style modernization.
