The Theoretical Logic and Path Selection for Digital Transformation to Enhance Resource Allocation
In the era of the digital economy,digital transformation is profoundly altering the pattern of resource allocation and facilitating the shift of resource allocation from local adjustment to global optimization.Based on clarifying the connotation of digital transformation and the evolution of resource allocation characteristics from the digital perspective,this paper discloses the theoretical logic of digital transformation in enhancing resource allocation.Supported by digital technology and with data emerg-ing as a key factor of production as the logical starting point,digital transformation achieves the full perception and connection of production resources and enables factors through conversion and multiplication,integration and complementarity,intensive sub-stitution,reuse and efficiency enhancement by relying on data elements,thereby enhancing the allocation efficiency of traditional factors.Digital transformation promotes the digitalization of elements,reshapes the organizational structure and division of labor mode,gives rise to the new competitive mode of"platform+enterprise",and expedites the efficient flow of resources.Digital transformation drives resource allocation to break through the boundaries of micro enterprises and macro spatio-temporal con-straints,and broadens the scope of resource allocation.Digital transformation relies on large models to realize the adaptation of supply and demand,and improve the availability of information to alleviate allocation distortions.Finally,this paper elaborates on the path of digital transformation in improving resource allocation from the construction of new infrastructure,the innovation of digital key technology,the formation of data standards,and the effective governance of data.
