Cultivating and Strengthening Patient Capital to Promote the Development of New Quality Productivity
Accelerating the agglomeration of capital factor resources in the field of science and technology and industrial innovation is of great significance for giving birth to new quality productivity and its development characterized by high technol-ogy,high efficiency and high quality.From the perspective of science and technology finance to support the development of new quality productivity,on the basis of understanding the connotation of patient capital,this paper defines the characteristics and ex-tension of patient capital from the form of capital,and clarifies its support and promotion mechanism for the development of new quality productivity,discusses the essence,requirements and key points of patient capital including science and technology credit,venture capital and stock financing to support the development of new quality productivity in an all-round way,and fi-nally puts forward some policy suggestions for the current cultivation and expansion of patient capital.
