Research on the Policy Pathways for the Industrialization of Future Technologies
It is critically important for China to research on how to enhance policy effectiveness of promoting the industrial-ization of future technologies for obtaining leadership in forthcoming technological competitions.Based on the dual attributes of the process of industrialization of future technologies,this paper divides the industrialization of future technologies into three stages,namely"scientific research--engineering development--commercialization",and explores the dual dilemmas of within-stage malfunction and between-stage gap faced in the process of industrialization of future technologies.It reveals the specific path of innovation policy to promote the industrialization of future technologies by constructing and improving the multi-layered industrial innovation ecosystem of"scientific ecosystem,technological ecosystem and commercial ecosystem",and puts forward specific suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of China's policy on the industrialization of future technologies.
