Influence of Gig Workers'Work Autonomy on Continuous Value Co-Creation Behavior
In the context of the digital economy,more attention has been paid to the job autonomy of gig workers.This thesis explores the influence mechanism of work autonomy on the continuous value co-creation behavior of gig workers in the digital era by analyzing 200 valid data from riders on takeaway platforms.Then SPSS 26.0 and MPLUS 8.0 are used to construct a"work autonomy-creative self-efficacy-thriving at work-continuous value co-creation behavior"chain mediation model.It is obvious that the work autonomy of gig workers positively affects creative self-efficacy,thriving at work,and continuous value co-creation behavior,while creative self-efficacy and thriving at work positively affect continuous value co-creation behavior;creative self-efficacy and thriving at work play a partially mediating and chain mediating role between work autonomy and continuous value co-creating behaviors of gig workers.There-fore,gig platforms should create an open and inclusive culture of innovation,closely monitoring the work status and practical demands of gig workers.
