Influencing Factors of Enterprise Information Security Governance in Enterprise Digital Transformation:Analysis Based on Interpretive Structural Model
Identifying factors that influence information security governance in enterprise digital transformation and understanding the hierarchical relationships among these factors can help organizations manage the information security risks of digital operations. This ar-ticle utilizes literature analysis, case summaries, and expert consultations to identify the factors affecting information security govern-ance.Based on this,it applies Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)to analyze the hierarchical structure and operational mechanisms of the factors influencing enterprise information security governance. The results show that the governance model of enterprise informa-tion security governance relies directly on risk disposal, clear responsibilities, behavior shaping, knowledge sharing, and feedback im-provement.It is supported by compliance governance, process governance, responsibility governance, contract governance, and rela-tionship governance mechanisms. It is further supported by the governance structure of CEO decision-making power,CIO effective-ness,CFO support,TMT cohesion, and accountability.
