Influences and Improvement Measures of Digital Economy on Coordinated Development between Regions from Multiple Perspectives
As a new form of economy, the digital economy characterized by industrial digitization and digital industrialization is profoundly changing the global allocation of factors of production and the regional layout of industries. The changes in the factors of production and the operational mechanisms of the digital economy pro-foundly influence the spatial pattern of development. The impact of digital economy on the coordinated devel-opment between regions differs significantly from that of traditional economic forms, which can be analyzed from four dimensions:agglomeration of factors of production, division of labor, industrial structure upgrading, and regional income allocation. The digital economy can exert a first-mover or second-mover advantage and be conducive or unconducive to regional development depending on the resonance effect between digitaliza-tion and local development conditions.Facing the dilemma of resource agglomeration in central cities and flow-ing out from surrounding cities under the development of the digital economy,we should employ new concepts and methods to address the contradiction between chain fragmentation and market integration and promote the deep integration between digital technology and traditional industries to achieve coordinated development be-tween regions.
