High-Quality Employment from a Political Economic Prospective
High-quality employment is essential for promoting high-quality development and Chinese path to modernization,and it is an internal requirement for achieving common prosperity and all-round develop-ment of people.Promoting high-quality and full employment is the new positioning and mission of employment work in the new era and new journey.From the livelihood attribute of employment and the two links of career selection and employment,this article analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of employment quality.From the dialectical connection between productive forces and relations of production,the smooth circulation of the four links of social reproduction,and the combination of quantity and structure of supply and demand re-lations,this article elucidates the characteristics and implementation conditions of high-quality employment.Finally,the suggestions for promoting high-quality employment in China are proposed.The suggestions in-clude accelerating the development of new quality productive forces;being committed to consolidating and de-veloping the public sector and to encouraging,supporting,and guiding the development of the non-public sec-tor;narrowing regional and urban-rural disparities;and improving the services and market environment of em-ployment.
