Optimization of Government,Market,and Enterprise Functions in a High-Level Socialist Market Economy
The core issue of economic system reform is to handle the relationship between the government and the market well.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has made a comprehensive,systematic,and incisive exposition of the relationship between the government and the market.Enterprises(excluding public welfare enterprises in this article)are important market entities,and one of the government roles is a market entity.The relationship between the government,the market,and enter-prises constitutes the most essential and core relationship of the socialist market economy,reflecting the basic requirements of China's relations of production to adapt to the development of productive forces in the social-ist market economy.At present,China is developing new quality productive forces and shaping new relations of production.The theoretical analysis on the relationship between the government,the market,and enter-prises in the socialist market economy and exploration of the optimization paths of government,market,and en-terprise functions in a high-level socialist market economy is conducive to understanding the operation laws and improving the control of socialist market economy.Accordingly,the various types of enterprises in China can experience vigorous growing,which will lay a foundation for high-quality economic development.
