As a socioeconomic relationship,a market economy has both general and special institutional at-tributes.China's high-level socialist market economy not only has clear attributes of the socialist relations of production but also exhibits distinct attributes of socialist superstructure.Specifically,the attributes of the so-cialist relations of production are public ownership as the mainstay and the pursuit of common prosperity,and the attributes of socialist superstructure involve socialist democracy,rule of law,and ideology.These attributes can be collectively referred to as the social formation attributes of socialism.The dialectical unity of the general and special attributes of a high-level socialist market economy cannot be achieved spontaneously,but requires the leadership of the Party and the appropriate handling of the relationship between the government and the market.Improving the national economic governance system can be taken as a doorknob.
