Performance and Circulation Characteristics of the New Modernity of Capital in the Chinese Path to Modernization
The report delivered at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to regulate and guide the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law.The Chinese path to modernization balances and controls the relationship between capital and socialist modernization.It overcomes the problems of the Western modernization model at the relations of production(object)and the cultural and ideological progress(subject),and endows capital with a new modernity,which is reflected in the transcendence of Western counties in terms of the affinity to the people,public ownership,and balance.At the macro level,the capital in the Chinese path to modernization presents balanced characteristics regarding popu-lation production,common prosperity,cultural and ideological progress,ecological logic,and development pat-tern.In the circulation processes of industrial capital,commercial capital,and financial capital,a new appear-ance is presented,which addresses the dislocation and opposition between production and circulation links.The production aims at the comprehensive development of people,and an open and controllable circulation process can connect the supply and demand ends.Finance serves the real economy while balancing efficiency and fairness,helping to achieve efficient and smooth social reproduction and build a new development pattern with high quality.
