Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China under the New Development Pattern:Stylized Facts and Countermeasures
With rich resources,a solid industrial foundation,and obvious geographical advantages,north-east China plays a strategic role in strengthening regional cooperation in Northeast Asia and connecting the do-mestic and international markets.However,the economic growth potential of northeast China has not been fully unleashed.The integration of northeast China into the new development pattern is an essential way to re-shape new development advantages and achieve new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of northeast China.This article focuses on the key issue of how to fully tap into the development momentum of northeast China under the new development pattern.From the perspectives of the development trends of do-mestic and foreign trade,the degree of regional integration,and the overall trend of integrating into the new de-velopment pattern,the article analyzes the stylized facts of northeast China's engagement in the new develop-ment pattern and analyzes the structural characteristics of its industry.According to the research findings,this article proposes that the key to the comprehensive revitalization of northeast China under the new development pattern lies in accelerating the institutional reform,optimizing the business environment,breaking the bottle-necks hindering the connection of the domestic and international markets,and enhancing the integration of northeast China,which will comprehensively stimulate the internal and external driving forces for the integra-tion of northeast China into the new development pattern.
