摘要
农业生态产品价值实现是践行"两山"理念、促进农业增值农民增收、助力乡村生态振兴和宜居宜业和美乡村建设的重要路径,其关键在于发挥有为政府和有效市场的作用.目前,在农业生态产品价值实现过程中,仍存在农业生态产品相关理念认识不深实践不足、生态要素产权界定不明晰、价值核算方法缺乏统一标准、价值实现路径较为单一等问题.应完善农业生态产品价值实现的基础技术支撑,健全农业生态产品价值核算体系,畅通农业生态产品价值实现的要素流动渠道,推动生态农业多元化发展,构建差异化的农业生态产品补偿机制,推动农业生态优势更好转化为发展优势.
Abstract
Realizing the value of agroecological products is an important path to practice the concept of"two mountains",add the value of agriculture,increase farmers'income,assist in rural ecological revitaliza-tion,and build livable and beautiful rural areas.Agroecological products have the typical characteristics of public goods,and realizing their value requires the collaborative efforts of the government and the market.The current process of realizing the value of agroecological products still face problems such as insufficient under-standing and practice of concepts related to agroecological products,unclear definition of ecological factor property rights,lack of unified standards for value accounting,and single value realization paths.For realizing the value of agroecological products,efforts should be made to improve the technical support,establish a sound value accounting system,facilitate the flow of factors,promote the diversified and integrated develop-ment of agroecological products,build a differentiated compensation mechanism for agroecological products,and promote the transformation of agroecological advantages into development advantages.
