The rapidly developing intelligent economy profoundly affects human production modes,life-style,and governance methods.While artificial intelligence is driving the rapid development of social produc-tive forces,the labor process is developing towards intelligence.According to the Marxist theory of the labor process,this paper analyzes the new changes in laborers,materials of labor,and objects of labor,as well as the impacts of changes in the basic factors of productive forces on the intelligent labor process.In the intelligent economy,the labor process and the value formation process are unified,except that the unmanned intelligent production is changing the way use value is formed and surplus value is created.With the widespread use of intelligent devices and tools,the supervision in the intelligent labor process is becoming increasingly precise and invisible.The collaborative governance effects of individuals,enterprises,and the state should be given to full play to mitigate the adverse impact of the development of the intelligent economy on the relations of labor.
