The virtuous technology-industry-finance circulation is a key in promoting the economic circula-tion of a major country,and it is also the supply side support for achieving high-quality economic development.From the theoretical logic,achieving the virtuous circulation requires integrating the three major systems and unblocking the six major circulation paths.Technology is the source which determines the quality of the circu-lation.Industry is the core carrier,shaping the power for the circulation.Finance is a guarantee force that af-fects the circulation efficiency.In response to the current bottlenecks in China's economic circulation and drawing on the experience of developed countries with efficient and virtuous economic circulation,China should improve the macro top-level mechanism design to promote the coordination and implementation link-age of policies.The national strategic scientific and technological strength should be enhanced to pave the way from strong technologies to strong industries.A modern industrial system,a market-oriented circulation mecha-nism,and diversified interconnected financial services should be built.Finally,the talent chain should be taken as a key link to boost high-quality economic circulation.
