国内国际双循环下我国各行业技术含量的测算及其分解

Estimation and Decomposition of Technology Content in Various Industries in China under the Dual Circulation of Domestic and International Markets

根据技术含量工序测算法、基于经合组织国家间投入产出表(ICIO)调整缩并,本文构建了测算国内国际双循环下我国各行业技术含量框架.由技术含量结构性分析可知:我国第一产业各行业技术含量较高,但呈现结构性向下调整;第三产业各行业技术含量虽然不高,却呈现结构性较强的向上调整;第二产业各行业出现轻微向下调整.我国各行业技术含量主要由国内循环决定,且主要由国内循环中间品的技术含量和国内循环中劳动过程技术进步共同决定;同时,技术总含量主要由国内循环中间品的技术含量和国内循环中劳动过程的技术进步共同决定.由我国各行业技术含量增长性分析可知:我国产业技术含量增长主要是由国内循环中的中间品技术含量增长推动,产业技术总含量增长主要是由国内循环推动,且技术总含量的增长贡献主要来自中间品技术含量增长.因此,应充分发挥国内国际双循环作用,提高我国行业技术含量及其增长率,推动经济高质量发展.
Based on the estimation method of technology content in the production process and the Inter-Country Input-Output tables(ICIO)of member countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD),this paper builds a framework for estimating the technology content of various indus-tries in China under the dual circulation of domestic and international markets.The structural analysis of tech-nology content shows that the technology content in China's primary industries is high,while it presents a de-clining trend.Although the technology content in tertiary industries is low,it demonstrates a strong upward trend.The technology content in secondary industries showcases a slightly downward trend.The technology content of various industries in China is mainly determined by domestic circulation,especially the technology content of intermediate products and the technological progress of labor processes in domestic circulation.The total technology content is mainly determined by the technology content of intermediate products and the tech-nological progress of labor processes in domestic circulation.The growth of technology content in China's in-dustries is mainly driven by the growth of technology content of intermediate products in domestic circulation.The growth of total technology content is mainly driven by domestic circulation,especially of the growth of technology content in intermediate products.Therefore,we should fully leverage the dual circulation of domes-tic and international markets to improve the technology content of China's industries and its growth rate and promote high-quality economic development.
