摘要
针对中职教育就业导向，分析了英语教育的现状，从教学模式、学生基础、师资队伍、教学条件等方面指出现存的缺陷，并提出保持融洽师生关系，加强“双师型”建设，优化教材建设，注重实践能力，以全面提升学生在就业方面的竞争力。
Abstract
This paper elaborates on the status quo of English teaching from the perspective of employment di-rections of vocational education .T here are shortcomings in teaching mode ,students’ level ,teaching staffs ,teaching aid and other ways .The paper then points out that the ways to enhance students ’ employment edge are to keep a good teacher -student relationship ,to encourage teachers to have practical experience ,to optimize the course books , and to focus on the students’ practical abilities .
