摘要
随着职业教育改革逐渐走向"深水区",教学创新成为提升职业教育质量的关键.在这一背景下,职业教育教师教学创新团队协作共同体的构建显得尤为重要.本文旨在探讨职业教育教师教学创新团队协作共同体的概念内涵与运行依据,通过分析与构建协作共同体的主体合作机制、团队协作机制、激励导向机制与网格监控机制,推动协作共同体有序高效运行与发展,促进职业教育教学创新与改革.
Abstract
With the deepening of vocational education reform,teaching innovation has become the key to impro-ving the quality of vocational education.In this context,the construction of a collaborative community of vocational teaching innovation teams is particularly important.This article aims to explore the concept and operational basis of col-laborative community,and through analyzing and constructing the main cooperation mechanism,team collaboration mechanism,incentive guidance mechanism,and grid monitoring mechanism of collaborative community,so as to pro-mote the orderly and efficient operation and development of collaborative community and to promote the innovation and reform in vocational education.
