职校校长的课程领导力是职校校长领导力的关键,其对我国职业教育人才培养具有举足轻重的作用.从职校校长课程领导力的基本表征来看,其涵括课程规划能力、课程实施能力、课程转化能力、课程评价能力四大体系.在新时期职业教育高质量发展的背景下,职校校长课程领导力具有引领职贤促进发展、培养大国工匠人才、提升院校办学能力、服务社会经济发展四大价值.为有效提升职校校长课程领导力建设,可从提升职校校长课程领导综合素养、建立健全课程文化民主协商机制、加强培训经费投入与政策支持度、搭建研讨共同体促进各校间交流四大路径出发,引导职校校长不断提升课程领导力.
On the Curriculum Leadership of Vocational College Principals in the New Era:Basic Representation,Value Appropriateness and Improvement path
The curriculum leadership of vocational school principals is the core of their leadership,and it plays a crucial role in cultivating vocational education talents in China.From the basic characterization of curriculum leader-ship of vocational school principals,it includes curriculum planning ability,curriculum implementation ability,curric-ulum transformation ability and curriculum evaluation ability.In the context of high-quality development of vocational education in the new era,the curriculum leadership of vocational school principals has the advantages of leading voca-tional talents to promote development,cultivating skilled craftsmen from a large country,and enhancing the ability of universities to operate.To effectively enhance the curriculum leadership construction of vocational school principals,four paths can be taken:enhancing the comprehensive quality of curriculum leadership of vocational school principals,establishing a sound democratic negotiation mechanism for curriculum culture,strengthening training funding and policy support,and building a discussion community to promote communication between schools.This can guide vocational school principals to continuously improve their curriculum leadership.
