摘要
针对八分之一球体常规的加工方法中所存在的材料浪费大、加工效率低和加工精度较难控制的缺陷,特设计出专用夹具.专用夹具设计采用与加工工艺流程相匹配的原则,针对不同的加工工艺和在加工过程遇到的难点,分别设计了 2 个夹具,解决了生产效率低、质量不稳定且材料浪费较大等问题.
Abstract
In view of the defects of large material waste,low processing efficiency and difficult to control in the conventional processing method,the special fixture is designed.The fixture design adopts the principle of matching with the processing process.According to different processing processes and difficulties,two fixtures are designed in the processing process,thus to solve the problems of low production efficiency,unstable quality and large material waste.
