高层次人才是高职院校实现内涵式发展的关键资源,是实现现代职业教育高质量发展的核心驱动力。当前高职院校存在高层次人才类别层次不高、引培进度不均、引领作用不强等问题,可通过坚持系统谋划塑造工作格局、聚焦发展目标激活引培动能、注重分层分类完善评价制度、强调精准思维优化成长环境等实践路径来提升高层次人才工作质量。
Analysis of the Current Situation and Improvement Path of High Level Talent Work in Vocational Colleges
High level talents are the key resources for vocational colleges to achieve connotative development and the core driving force for high-quality development of modern vocational education.At present,there are problems in vocational colleges such as low levels of high-level talent categories,uneven progress in recruitment and training,and weak leadership.The quality of high-level talent work can be improved through practical paths such as adhering to systematic planning to shape the work pattern,focusing on development goals to activate recruitment and training mo-mentum,emphasizing hierarchical classification to improve evaluation systems,and emphasizing precise thinking to op-timize the growth environment.
