新时代高职院校学生党员教育管理工作研究

摘要
当前高职院校学生党员教育管理工作中存在着重发展轻教育、学生党员入党动机复杂化、教育方式和活动载体缺乏吸引力、教育管理的相关制度不够健全、基层党组织力量薄弱等方面的问题.高职院校应创新学生党员教育管理机制,严格学生党员发展机制,创新学生党员教育机制,建立学生党员评价监督机制,完善学生党务干部能力提升机制.
Abstract
There are problems in the current cultivation and management of student party members in vocational colleges,such as emphasizing the recruitment over their education,the complicated motives for student to join the par-ty,a lack of attractiveness in education methods and activity carriers,inadequate education management systems,and weak grassroots party organizations.Vocational colleges should strictly enforce the recruitment mechanism for student party members,innovate the education and management mechanism for student party members,innovate the education mechanism,establish an evaluation and supervision mechanism and improve the ability enhancement mechanism for student party officials.
