On the Path of Developing Party Members among Lower Grade Students in Vocational Colleges
The development and recruitment of student party members has always been a key task in the construc-tion of grassroots party organizations in universities.The Regulations of the CPC on the Work of Grass roots Organiza-tions in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning revised in 2021 clearly points out that"we should increase efforts to re-cruit Party members among junior college students".Under the new situation,vocational colleges should strengthen the enlightenment education for younger students to join the Communist Party,establish a mechanism for continuing the cultivation of active party members,give full play to the role of party member teachers and students in mentoring,en-rich the examination contents of education and training,regularly do a good job in work scheduling and take multiple measures to continuously and vigorously promote the development of party members among younger students,achieving a"double improvement"in the quantity and quality of party member development among younger students in vocational colleges.
