On the Operating Mechanism of Industrial Faculties in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory
A sound operating mechanism is the basic guarantee for the smooth development of the industrial facul-ty.At present,the Industrial College is developing rapidly,but it still faces many problems,such as poor operation due to inadequate policies and regulations,management chaos due to the lack of modern governance methods,and poor sustainability due to insufficient internal driving force for cooperation.This article applies the theory of symbiosis to an-alyze the mutual influence and interaction among the various elements of the operation of the industrial faculty,attemp-ting to establish and improve an operational mechanism that related to interest distribution,development motivation,in-formation sharing,and trust in cooperation.
