On Enhancing the Adaptability of Vocational Education Under the Goal of Common Prosperity
As the essential requirement of socialism,common prosperity is not only the common aspiration of the people,but also the goal of the party and the country.As an education type that is closely connected with the needs of social development,vocational education should closely follow the pulse of economic and social development in the new era,re-examine its own mission from a strategic perspective,consciously keep pace with the construction of skilled society,the industrial upgrading and transformation,and the rural revitalization strategy,strive to enhance its own a-daptability and help achieve the goal of common prosperity.However,at present,there are many problems in the cur-rent development of vocational education,such as the misalignment with the industrial,urban-rural,and regional de-velopment,disproportionate structure and imbalanced governance,which make it difficult for vocational education to a-dapt to the requirements of economic and social development.In view of this,this article proposes to adapt vocational education to rural development by implementing the industry-education integration,to industrial development by deep-ening urban-rural integration,and to regional development by strengthening regional coordination,thus gradually transforming vocational education from incompatibility to adaptation,from inefficient adaptation to efficient adaptation.
