On the Integrated Governance Strategy of Corporate Academies Based on Symbiosis Theory
Corporate academies play a pivotal role in fostering industry-education integration and school-enter-prise cooperation. The research reveals that cooperative models vary in effectiveness due to inherent issues such as une-qual status among participants, misaligned objectives, and governance deficiencies. This study proposes an integrated governance strategy centered around the concepts of symbiosis, symbiotic models, and symbiotic mechanisms.By clari-fying the rights and responsibilities of both schools and enterprises, reinforcing goal alignment, and improving opera-tional models, the integrated governance mechanism facilitates the transition of corporate academies from superficial co-operation to in-depth strategic partnerships, thereby enhancing educational quality and meeting the developmental needs of enterprises.
