The essence of digital governance in higher vocational colleges is using modern digital technology to carry out various governance activities,so as to promote the modernization of the governance system and governance ca-pacity.In the process of digital transformation of higher vocational colleges,there are potential risks such as ethical misconceptions,imperfect ethical system,and lagging ethical practice feedback,which may lead to the alienation of digital governance methods from the purpose.It should put efforts on the construction of moral ethics,institutional eth-ics,and behavioral ethics in order to eliminate the potential ethical risks of digital governance,maximize the value of digital technology,ensure fairness and justice in higher vocational education governance,and promote high-quality development of higher vocational education.
