摘要
数字经济背景下,高职市场营销专业存在人才培养目标和定位不明晰、人才培养模式创新性不足、课程体系和内容调整滞后、实践教学流于形式且不系统、师资结构单一难担培养重任等方面的问题.九江职业技术学院市场营销专业通过明确人才培养目标与定位、构建岗课赛证融通的人才培养模式、优化课程体系和重构课程内容、创新"四真六双"产教融合形式、创建共享型教学资源、组建结构化教学创新团队等举措,着力培养懂技术、善策划、精营销的高素质复合型数字营销人才.
Abstract
In the context of the digital economy,there are many problems in the marketing major of vocational colle-ges,such as unclear talent training goals and positioning,insufficient innovation in talent training models,lagging adjust-ment of curriculum system and content,superficial and unsystematic practical teaching,and a single teacher structure.Tak-ing the talent training model reform practice of Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College as an example,this article proposes suggestions for clarifying talent training goals and positioning,constructing a talent training model that integrates job,course,competition,and certificate,optimizing curriculum systems and reconstructing course content,innovating the form of"four truths and six pairs"of industry-education integration,creating shared teaching resources,and forming a structured teaching innovation team.These suggestions are aimed at helping higher vocational colleges achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality digital marketing talents who understand technology,are good at planning,and are proficient in marketing.
