Jiangsu Province is actively strengthening the construction of its teaching staff in vocational colleges by enhancing the quality of"dual-qualified"teachers,creating first-class teaching innovation teams,and appointing industry professors.At the same time,there are also issues such as the need to improve the overall level of teachers,occupational burnout among teachers,and the lack of implementation of remuneration for industry professors.In re-sponse to the existing difficulties,it is necessary to adhere to a quality oriented innovative evaluation model and cooper-ate with enterprises to establish practical bases;Provide more opportunities for teacher training and monitor and evalu-ate teacher development;Implement salary guarantees to stimulate work motivation and strengthen the introduction and training of industry professors.
