摘要
职业院校校长是教育改革的领导者,其专业化水平直接影响学校的办学定位与人才培养质量.当前我国职业院校校长培训基地建设存在缺乏标准指引、管理运行机制不畅、课程设置不够精准、培训团队建设缺乏专业性等问题.为提高职业院校校长培训基地的建设水平,需要打造高水平培训团队,畅通培训基地管理与合作机制,提升课程设置的精准度并建立培训基地的建设标准.
Abstract
The principal of vocational colleges is the leader of educational reform,and their level of specialization directly affects the school's positioning and the quality of talent cultivation.At present,there are problems in the con-struction of training base of vocational colleges'presidents in China,including a lack of standard guidance,inefficient management and operation mechanisms,imprecise curriculum design,and a lack of professional training team build-ing.To solve these problems,it is necessary to build a high-level training team,smooth the management and cooper-ation mechanism of training bases,improve the accuracy of course settings,and establish construction standards for training bases.
