A scientifically reasonable evaluation system is an important means of measuring the high-quality de-velopment of vocational education.Based on the grounded theory,an empirical analysis of the three-level coding of e-valuation indicators for some vocational colleges listed on"Double-High Project"and some vocational colleges at un-dergraduate level reveals that they both have not yet formed a sound concept and system.In the future,vocational col-leges should closely follow their key development points and national policies,establish a multi-dimensional,multi-level,and diversified evaluation system,and improve the guarantee and feedback mechanism,so as to continuously im-prove governance efficiency.
