高职院校专业群与区域产业结构的适应性研究
On the Adaptability of Major Groups in Vocational Colleges to Regional Industrial Structure

高职院校专业群与区域产业结构相适应,有利于满足区域产业群发展的人才需求,为产业集群发展提供人才与智力支持,提升专业群服务于区域产业集群的能力,形成专业群与产业群紧密对接的产教融合格局.高职院校专业群要建立"专业—产业"动态调整机制,根据区域产业结构变化趋势及时调整专业结构;明确专业群发展定位,破解同质化办学的难题;建立专业群与区域产业结构的匹配标准,提升专业与产业的契合度;增强专业群的社会融合度,打造专业群与区域产业群相适应的发展平台.
Abstract
Strengthening the adaptation of major groups in vocational colleges to regional industrial structure is conducive to provide sufficient talents for regional industrial development and enhance the ability of major groups to serve regional industries,therefore promoting the industry-education integration.As to the construction of major groups,vocational colleges should establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism that adjusts the major structure in a time-ly manner according to the change of regional industrial structure;Clarify the development positioning of major groups to avoid homogenization of education among different universities;Establish matching standards between major groups and regional industrial structures to enhance their compatibility;Enhance the integration between major groups and so-ciety,and create a development platform that is compatible with major groups and regional industries.
