基于教材改革的船舶职业安全教育探索

摘要
船舶行业因其自身的劳动力密集、技术密集的特点,安全事故时有发生.安全意识问题是导致事故发生的一大主要因素,因此将职业安全教育融入高职船舶类专业教学中显得尤为重要.开展专业课程教材改革和新编船舶职业安全教材是实施安全教育的关键.专业课程教材改革应注重教材的技能操作规范化、知识学习系统化、考核评价过程化及安全教育持续化.探索船舶职业安全教育教材建设则应注重构建船舶行业安全事故案例库和将安全知识与典型案例相结合,完善船舶职业安全教育融入教材的方法等.
Abstract
Due to its labor-intensive and technology intensive characteristics,the shipbuilding industry often ex-periences safety accidents.The lack of safety awareness is a major factor that leads to accidents.It is particularly im-portant to integrate occupational safety education into the teaching in higher vocational colleges.The key to implement integrated ship occupational safety education is to reform the teaching materials of professional courses and compile new textbooks of ship occupational safety education.Among them,the reform of professional course teaching materials should pay attention to the standardization of teaching skills,the systematization of knowledge learning,the process of assessment and evaluation,and the continuity of safety education.As for the occupational safety teaching materials,fo-cus should be given to the coordination of typical cases and safety knowledge.
