The teachers'professional learning community in the context of the big education is a learning organiza-tion characterized by subjectivity,sharing,and equality.It can encourage teachers to become active learners through collaboration and sharing,so as to enhance their professional vitality and contribute to the sustainable development of colleges and comprehensive development of the students.The current development of such community is facing challen-ges from four factors of awareness,management,technology,and organization.Colleges can promote the professional development of teachers by creating an open,inclusive,and harmonious atmosphere,establishing a management sys-tem of common leadership,using network technology to innovate construction models,broadening collaborative space,adapting to the overall educational environment.
