摘要
高校辅导员专业化建设与发展是当代思想政治教育工作的重要课题.目前,部分高校辅导员专业化发展存在角色定位尴尬、选拔标准空泛、工作复杂多变、出路机制单一、知识储备不足、培训机制薄弱等问题.只有设定标准化考核、开展专业化培训、建立多元化机制和拓展专业化渠道,才能促进辅导员职业能力提升和专业化发展.
Abstract
It has become an important issue for colleges to promote the professional development of counselors in the ideological and political education.At present,the professional development of counselors in some colleges and universi-ties has the problems of awkward role positioning,vague selection standards,complex and variable work,single exit mechanism,insufficient knowledge reserves and weak training mechanism.Colleges and universities should strengthen the counselors'own professional ability and professional development by setting standardized assessment,conducting profes-sional training,and constructing diversified mechanisms and other paths.
