摘要
目的 了解泉州市 15～69岁居民的吸烟现状并分析影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据.方法 采用与人口规模成比例的整体抽样法,抽取泉州市40个乡镇3 200人进行调查.结果 调查人群的吸烟率为23.5%.不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业人群的吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).居民的健康生活方式与行为、传染病防治、健康信息的具备情况不同,其吸烟率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 泉州市 15～69岁居民的吸烟率相对较高.提高居民健康素养水平有利于降低吸烟率,应加强烟草使用干预的健康促进工作.
Abstract
Objective To understand the smoking status of residents aged 15-69 in Quanzhou,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basis for formulating intervention measures.Methods A total of 3 200 people from 40 towns and villages in Quanzhou were investigated by the whole sampling method proportional to the population size.Results The smoking rate of the investigated population was 23.5%.There were significant differences in smoking rates among residents with different genders,ages,educational levels and occupations(P<0.05).There were a significant difference in smoking rate of residents with different levels of lifestyle and behavior,infectious disease prevention and health information(P<0.05).Conclusion The smoking rate of residents aged 15-69 in Quanzhou is relatively high.Improving residents'health literacy is beneficial to reduce the smoking rate,and the health promotion work of tobacco use intervention should be strengthened.
