Current Situation Investigation on Job Burnout,Negative Emotions,and Positive Coping Style of Community Grid Members
Objective To explore the relationship of community grid members'job burnout,positive coping style and negative emotion.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 607 community grid members with the MBI-GS Chinese version of the job burnout scale,the positive coping style subscale in the simple coping style questionnaire,and the negative emotion subscale in the Affect Balance Scale(ABS).Results The negative emotions and positive coping styles of community grid members were significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.28),and significantly positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.37);there was a significant negative correlation(r=-0.20)between positive coping style and job burnout.Job burnout had a significant positive predictive effect on negative emotions(β=0.34).While positive coping style played moderating role in job burnout and negative emotions(β=-0.12).Conclusion Job burnout has a predictive effect on the negative emotions of community grid members,and positive coping styles play a moderating effect,so comprehensive intervention should be conducted to address the job burnout status and positive coping style of this population.
