摘要
目的 了解高职护生手机成瘾、学习投入、自我控制的现状,并探讨三者的影响因素及相关性.方法 采用手机成瘾指数量表、学习投入量表、大学生自我控制量表对某高职院校居家线上学习的418名二年级护生进行问卷调查.结果 护生的手机成瘾为(2.65±0.64)分,学习投入为(3.46±1.45)分,自我控制为(3.05±0.57)分.不同性别、专业选择原因、睡眠时间、每日使用手机时长、睡前使用手机时长状况的护生其手机成瘾、学习投入、自我控制得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相关性分析发现,手机成瘾与学习投入(r=-0.485)、自我控制(r=-0.624)呈显著负相关.回归分析显示,学习投入、自我控制、每日使用手机时长、睡前使用手机时长是手机成瘾的独立影响因素.结论 高职护生的手机成瘾、学习投入低于中间值、自我控制处于中间值.应加强自我控制,增加学习投入,降低使用手机时间,改善手机成瘾行为.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of mobile phone addiction,learning engagement,and self-control of vocational nursing students,and explore the influencing factors and correlations among the three.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 418 second year nursing students in a vocational college who studied online from home using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale,Learning Engagement Scale,and the Self-Control Scale.Results The mobile phone addiction score of nursing students was(2.65±0.64);the learning engagement score was(3.46±1.45);the self-control score was(3.05±0.57).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of mobile phone addiction,learning engagement,and self-control among nursing students of different genders,reasons for professional choice,sleep time,daily use of mobile phones,and pre sleep use of mobile phones(P<0.05).Correlation analysis found that,the mobile phone addiction was significantly negatively correlated with learning engagement(r=-0.485)and self-control(r=-0.624).The regression analysis showed that,learning engagement,self-control,and length of daily and bedtime mobile phone use were the independent influences on cell phone addiction of senior nursing students.Conclusion Mobile phone addiction and learning engagement are at a lower than the median,self-control is higher than the median.Strengthening self-control,increasing learning engagement,and reducing mobile phone usage time can improve mobile phone addiction behavior.
