摘要

目的 研究对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)学生以及家长和教师进行综合干预的效果.方法 抽取患有ADHD的12名学生以及其家长和教师,对他们进行综合干预辅导,并对效果进行评价.结果 干预后,实验组与对照组的家长和教师在对ADHD孩子的理解上存在显著性差异.实验组的家长比对照组更容易理解孩子的行为表现,对干预的帮助性评价更高,也能得到更多来自他人的支持.而接受过干预的教师则比没有接受干预的在与孩子沟通及干预的帮助性评价上明显表现得更好.结论 ADHD综合干预可以提高家长以及教师的教育水平,改善和优化孩子所处的系统环境,从而更好地帮助孩子健康成长.

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention on students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD),as well as parents and teachers.Methods Twelve students with ADHD,as well as their parents and teachers,were selected for comprehensive intervention and counseling,and the effects were evaluated.Results After the intervention,there was a significant difference in the understanding of ADHD children between the experimental group and the control group's parents and teachers.Parents in the experimental group were more likely to understand their children's behavior than those in the control group,and had a higher evaluation of the helpfulness of the intervention as well as could also receive more support from others.Teachers who had received intervention performed significantly better in communicating with children and evaluating the helpfulness of the intervention compared to those who had not received intervention.Conclusion ADHD comprehensive intervention can achieve significant results in improving the family education level of parents and teachers,improving and optimizing the system environment in which children live,and thus better helping children grow up healthy.
