Analysis of Disinfection in Aged Care Institutions in Chongming District in Shanghai from 2015 to 2020
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of aged care institutions in Chongming District,and to provide the scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures of infection risk in aged care institutions.Methods Questionnaire survey and sampling inspection were used to analyze the disinfection quality of aged care institutions in Chongming District from 2015 to 2020.Results The average qualified rate of disinfection effect monitoring in aged care institutions in Chongming District from 2015 to 2020 was 88.02%.Compared with the disinfection quality of different monitoring objects,the overall qualified rate of indoor air and environmental surfaces was 98.12%and 91.96%respectively,and the qualified rate of hand hygiene of staff was 75.89%.The overall qualified rate of each link was statistically significant(χ2=91.27,P<0.05).In 2018,the average pass rate was the lowest(75.76%).Conclusion The disinfection system of most aged care institutions in Chongming District is still not perfect,and the hand hygiene of staff and the disinfection management of tableware should be strengthened.
