Analysis of Physical Examination Results for Kindergarten Senior Class Children in Zhujiajiao Town,Shanghai in 2021
Objective To conduct a physical examination on kindergarten children in Zhujiajiao Town in Shanghai,in order to understand the growth and development of children at this stage and the prevalence of common diseases,and to provide a basis for formulating relevant health measures.Methods In September 2021,a physical examinations was conducted on senior class children in 8 kindergartens in Zhujiajiao,and data such as height,weight,dental caries,vision,blood routine,and urine routine were analyzed.Results The height development of children in Zhujiajiao Town was slightly lower than the reference value,while their weight or BMI index was slightly higher than the reference value.The common diseases are mainly dental caries(26.9%)and overweight/obesity(22.8%).Among them,the incidence of dental caries in girls(31.7%)was higher than that in boys(23.2%).Nutritional diseases such as poor eyesight and low weight also have a certain incidence rate.Conclusion The physical development of the senior class children in Zhujiajiao kindergarten is not optimistic.Children's health and prevention work should been strengthened,actively guide them to develop good habits such as lifestyle,diet,and exercise,in order to promote their healthy growth.
