Objective To analyze the effectiveness of integrated outpatient management intervention in the treatment process of lung cancer patients. Methods Using a prospective study method,120 outpatient lung cancer patients from a certain hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group adopted routine outpatient management, while the observation group adopted a fully integrated management information platform for management. The health belief score,cancer-related fatigue score,self-care ability score, and negative emotions of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were been compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of health belief and self-care ability in the observation group after intervention increased, while the scores of cancer-related fatigue,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group after intervention decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process integrated management information platform management can improve the health beliefs of outpatients with lung cancer, alleviate cancer-related fatigue and negative emotions, and improve self-care ability.
