Analysis of Psychological Status Among Middle School Students in Qingpu District of Shanghai and the Influencing Factors of Family Environment
Objective To explore the status of anxiety and depression of middle school students in Qingpu District and the family environment influencing factors on the mental,so as to provide the reference for the development of adolescent family mental health education.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1902 students from 4 middle schools in Qingpu from March to June 2021.Results The detection rates of anxiety and depression of middle school students in Qingpu were 16.5%and 21.2%,respectively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that junior middle school,family discord or quarrel,parents'harsh criticism were the risk factors for anxiety symptoms in middle school students;single parent or divorced family,family atmosphere discord or quarrel,family economic status,severe criticism of parents,and inconsistent educational attitude of parents were the risk factors for depressive symptoms of middle school students.Conclusion The junior middle school students are a high-risk group for anxiety symptoms,and their family environment is a risk factor for anxiety and depression among middle school students in Qingpu District.It is imperative for families and schools to work together to promote the psychological health of students.
