Objective To analyze the influencing factors of abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)in community schizophrenia patients,provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 2 191 schizophrenia patients who participated in electrocardiogram(ECG)examinations during the free physical examination of severe mental disorders in the Jinshan District community of Shanghai in 2021 were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and health examination.Results the proportion of patients with severe mental disorders in the community who had abnormal ECG was 50.21%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the disease duration of 10 years or more,disability,psychiatric symptoms,third-generation antipsychotics,other antipsychotics,obvious overweight or obesity,and diabetes were the influencing factors of ECG abnormalities in community schizophrenia patients.Conclusion Community schizophrenia patients have a higher rate of ECG abnormalities.Different forms of knowledge promotion and skill training on cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment should be carried out according to the corresponding influencing factors.At the same time,electrocardiogram examinations should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular accidents.
