摘要
本文针对社区慢性心力衰竭患者的健康管理及干预特点进行综述,明确社区心衰患者的管理要点,以期能促使心衰患者减轻临床症状、减少住院次数、改善生活质量.
Abstract
This article reviews the characteristics of health management and intervention of patients with chronic heart failure in the community,and clarifies the key points of community management of patients with heart failure,in order to significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure,reduce the number of hospitalizations,improve the quality of life.
