Objective To analyze the prevalence and related risk factors of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in rural areas of Yishui County,Shandong province, and provide the reference for effective prevention of cardiovascular disease in this area. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 6 006 permanent rural residents aged 35-75 years old in Yishui County from January to December 2022 as screening objects.Data were collected through questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory examination.χ2 test and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Results A total of 1 501 CVD high-risk groups were detected in the study subjects, and the high risk detection rate was 24.99%.Among them, the detection rate of CVD high-risk groups was 21.86%in males and 27.87%in females. With the increased of age and alcohol consumption, the risk of becoming a high-risk group of CVD was greater;smoking and diabetes were the risk factors of CVD;people with high school education or above were more likely to become high-risk groups of CVD than those with middle school education or below. Conclusion It is important to focus on male, the elderly, smoking, drinking, overweight and obesity, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia groups.Comprehensive intervention of multiple risk factors should be carried out for high-risk groups of CVD,and health education should be strengthened to reduce the incidence and disease burden of cardiovascular diseases.
