云南省2022-2023年健康教育体系建设现状调查

摘要
目的 了解云南省健康教育体系的建设现状,为卫生健康部门加强云南省健康教育体系建设提供决策和依据.方法 采用书面调研结合现场调研,覆盖云南省16个州市、129个县,共对66名健康教育相关人员进行访谈.结果 云南省共有1个省级、3个州市级、32个县(区)级的独立健康教育专业机构;健康教育专业机构工作人员约为440人,多为兼职.全省健康教育与健康促进工作主要以基本公共卫生服务健康教育项目、健康素养促进行动项目为主.结论 云南省需进一步完善健康教育专业机构设置,提升健康教育与健康促进专业人员的能力和技能,增加健康教育与健康促进的专项投入,整合资源、加强体系建设.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of health education system construction in Yunnan Province,and to provide decision-making and basis for health departments to strengthen the construction of health education system in Yunnan Province.Methods A total of 66 health education workers were interviewed in 129 counties and 16 cities in Yunnan Province by written investigation and field investigation.Results The independent health education professional institutions in Yunnan Province included one unit with provincial level,three units with prefecture level and 32 units with county(district)level;there had about 440 staff members,and many of whom are part-time.Health education and health promotion in the province mainly focus on basic public health service health education projects and health literacy promotion projects.Conclusion The Yunnan Province needs to further improve the establishment of health education professional institutions,enhance the ability and skills of health education and health promotion professionals,increase special investment in health education and health promotion,and integrate resources to strength the construction.
