摘要
目的 了解金山区托幼机构保教人员的营养素养现状,为提升其营养素养提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法抽取上海市金山区4家托幼机构的所有保教人员开展调查.结果 托幼机构保教人员的营养素养得分中位数为77.5分;营养素养水平为40.96%;保教人员对食物的认知水平较高(85.64%),技能水平相对较低(27.66%).不同年龄、岗位、文化程度、医疗卫生工作背景、家庭人均月收入的保教人员营养素养得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同机构性质、不同岗位保教人员的食物认知、选择、制作和摄入素养得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 金山区托幼机构保教人员的总体营养素养水平较高,但分布不均衡.可针对民办园、教育程度较低、无医学工作背景的保教人员加强营养知识和技能的宣传教育.
Abstract
Objective To understand the present situation of nutritional literacy of nursing staff in kindergartens of Jinshan District,and to provide the basis for improving their nutritional literacy.Methods By stratified cluster sampling method,all nursing staff from 4 kindergartens in Jinshan district of Shanghai were investigated.Results The median score of nutrition literacy of nursing staff in kindergartens was 77.5,and the level of nutrition literacy was 40.96%.The knowledge level of nursing staff about food was high(85.64%),and the skill level was relatively low(27.66%).The staff with different age,post,education level,medical and health work background,and family's average monthly income had different nutritional literacy scores(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the literacy scores of food cognition,selection,production and intake among nursing staff in different institutions and posts(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nutritional literacy level of nursing staff in kindergartens in Jinshan district is high,but the distribution is uneven.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of nutritional knowledge and skills for nursing staff with low education level and no medical background.
