Objective To analyze the health examination results of the elderly population in Songjiang District,Shanghai from 2020 to 2022,and provide a basis for early screening of common diseases in the elderly and community health management.Methods The physical examination data of the elderly population in Songjiang District from 2020 to 2022 was analyzed.Results Compared with 2020,2021,and 2022,there were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,electrocardiogram examination,respiratory system digital photography,cardiac system digital photography,liver and gallbladder ultrasound examination,blood lipid index,liver function index,renal function index,blood bilirubin,and urine examination index among elderly physical examination subjects(P<0.05).Among them,the abnormality rate of electrocardiogram examination,respiratory digital photography,and liver and gallbladder ultrasound examination in the elderly was higher,and the positive rates of occult blood and albumin in urine examination are also higher;the diastolic blood pressure and BMI levels,as well as the abnormal rates of electrocardiogram,respiratory system,cardiac system,and liver and gallbladder examinations in the elderly population undergoing physical examinations in 2021 and 2022,were significantly higher than those in 2020.Conclusion High systolic blood pressure,atrial or ventricular premature beats,pulmonary nodule shadows,aortic sclerosis,and abnormal detection of fatty liver are more common in elderly people over 60 years old in Songjiang District.Abnormal blood and urine indicators are also more common;there are significant differences in the results of various physical examinations for elderly people in different years.It is necessary to strengthen targeted health education and physical examinations at the overall level of the population,in order to improve the overall health level of the elderly population in the region.
