Objective To analyze the application effect of self-management oriented focus solutions in children with aplastic anemia. Methods A total of 116 children with aplastic anemia admitted to a certain hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical intervention, while the intervention group received self-management oriented focused solution intervention. The negative emotions,self-efficacy,self-health management ability, and chronic disease coping style inventory(CODI)scores of two groups of children before and after intervention were compared. Results Univariate analysis of variance and covariance showed that the children in the intervention group had better negative emotions,self-efficacy,self-health management ability, and CODI improvement than the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the net effect of intervention is significant. Conclusion Focused solution interventions guided by self-management ability can alleviate the negative emotions of children with aplastic anemia to a certain extent, improve self-efficacy and self-health management ability, and improve children's coping ability.
